We don’t generally talk about ourselves.
But since you asked, we’ll oblige.
We’ve supported large companies with distributed hourly workforces for over 15 years and we’ve seen amazing results. We are driven to simplify the frustrations of hourly hiring and bring confidence back to you, and your hiring managers’ hiring decisions and processes. It’s what gets us out of bed every day.
Our commitment to superior customer service and support remains unrivaled. And our dedication to delivering hourly candidates fast and with precision accuracy remains our constant focus.
Our customers, large and small, rely on us for real-time consultation on hiring best practices, latest recruitment innovations, and delivering higher quality candidates fast. We are continuously evolving our solutions and growing our expertise to empower hiring managers and human resources to compete in a highly demanding and competitive marketplace.
Having a hiring solution that includes the functionality you need is one thing, but having a hiring solution that simplifies the hiring process, drives hiring decisions with precision and accuracy, and improves your bottom line is quite different. Bad hires lead to high employee turnover, low productivity, and poor customer experience. We believe paying for a talent acquisition system that doesn’t improve your business is wrong.
There’s more to recruiting and hiring than just an ATS.
Whether you are on our ATS or not, our solutions can empower you to overcome:
Most, if not all, recruitment and talent acquisition companies today focus on hiring as an all-encompassing machine—whether it’s salary or hourly employees you’re seeking.
At Cadient, we pride ourselves on specializing in hourly hiring and ensuring we are providing the tools and resources for our customers to find quality candidates quickly.
While our footprint is expansive and crosses businesses of all sizes and industries, there are a few industries that get our increased attention.
Why? Because their hourly hiring needs are expansive and their hunger for a simplified and accurate hourly hiring process is ten-fold based on business needs.

In college, I worked closely on a class project with Larry Bird, one of the “50 Greatest Players in NBA History”! Then, much later, while working at a public company, one of our board members was David Stern, the NBA Commissioner!”
